How It Works

Primo Resin's Premium Deep Pour Epoxy Resin kits are easy and simple to use. Our chemists have carefully formulated our in-house blend so that you can achieve a perfect result every time. Simply follow these 4 steps and let your masterpiece come to life!

Step 1: Measure

Pour the resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) as directed into a graduated cup when weighing (Ratio 3:1). To prevent any health threats, wear personal protection devices (glasses, gloves, and a face mask).

Step 2: Mix

For 3–4 minutes, deeply mix the deep pour casting epoxy mixture. When stirring, scrape the sides and bottom of the bottle to save unmixed resin or hardener from sticking. After curing, unmixed material can form soft spots.

Step 3: Apply

Fill the mould cavity with the epoxy resin mixture. To achieve an equal thickness, ensure that the project is levelled. Excess air bubbles can be extracted by quickly passing a heat gun above the work surface. To prevent contamination, make sure the surface is free of tar, grease, and ashes.

Step 4: Let It Dry

Allow about 72 hours for the mixture to dry. To protect the work surface from dust, residue, or precipitation, apply a waterproof film.
